Prawn cocktail combination platter

Braised shark fin with assorted seafood

Crispy chicken topped with deep fried garlic and almonds seed in fermented beancurd sauce

crispy shredded filo prawn roll served with passion fruit sauce

braised duet mushroom & conpoy with seasonal vegetables

middle of the dinner is yum seng.. :D


follow by fish, noodles & rice and last dessert..
no pic for the last few dishes.. Too full le.. h aha ..
